Rent is due on the first of every month.
TENANT shall make monthly rent payments by a money order, a personal check, or in a cashier’s check, for the total amount due for any given month. RENT IS DELINQUENT IF NOT RECEIVED BY 5:00 P.M. ON THE 5th DAY OF THE MONTH, afterwhich additional fees will be incurred. See your lease agreement for more details.
